Titan Business Park is based in Leyland, Lancashire and includes a new build Industrial Masterplan for Commercial, Retail and Industrial Units.

The site is on the former Leyland track and will create much needed employment in this sustainable location.

Working with the client and agents, we created a flexible mix of spaces across the entire 15-acre site, comprising 250,000sqft accommodation.

Each unit has been designed to allow each tenant to achieve BREEAM Very Good.
