Craig Smith | Technologist

I joined Four Architects in January 2020 as an Architectural Technologist.

I enjoy working at Four Architects because I am able to get involved at every stage of each project, this enables me to get involved with a wide range of tasks. Also having an integral part on the majority of the projects that Four Architects work on has quickly given me experience across a variety of projects in a range of different sectors. Furthermore Four Architects have given me the platform to push myself and progress my career at a much faster rate than I previously thought was possible. Four have had the confidence in putting me in the deep end but also guide and allowed me to oversee how they work and overcome issues when they arise.

I am an Architectural Technologist however have a keen eye for design and am interested in developing my design skills in the concept and planning stages. Prior to working at Four I gained experience working at a large interior architects. This gave  me an insight in how architecture and interior architecture have to work cohesively to achieve an end product that works well.

Having used Revit since my first year at university that is the software that I am most proficient in and comfortable with using day in day out when creating 3D models and 2D detailed drawings.
